Types of packing

Bitumen Product has 4 Grades such as :

• Bitumen penetration
• Bitumen Emulsion

Each of them has a special packaging, most of them have similar packaging, but their specifications are different.

Bitumen penetration packing

Bitumen Packing of Bitumen Emulsion & Cutback Grade

Bitumen Emulsion is a liquid composed of three liquid materials: water, bitumen, and an emulsifier. Bitumen emulsion is a liquefied type of bitumen with a low viscosity.

Cutback bitumen is a range of binders that are produced by blending (mixing) penetration grade bitumen and a hydrocarbon solvent, such as paraffin or mineral turpentine.

Bitumen Packing of Oxidized Grade

Oxidized Bitumen is a type of bitumen that is obtained from blowing air to the pure bitumen.
at the final stage of the purification operation In this process, hot air with a temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius is blown through a perforated tube into a compartment containing bitumen. Oxidized Bitumen can be packed in various packing, including:
