Bitumen MC-70 Description
Cutback Bitumen MC 70 is a liquid bitumen that used in paving asphalt and prime coat. The cutback nature allows it to be applied without heating, which is useful in cold climates or for projects where heating equipment is not available. It is similar to Cutback Bitumen MC-30, but has a higher viscosity.
Properties of Medium Curing 70
Bitumen MC-70 is blended to a low viscosity to ensure that it penetrates the top 10mm of the base with the aid of the cutter, whilst depositing a thin film of bitumen on the surface to provide adhesion between the base coarse and the new surfacing.
