Review of Bitumen RC-70
Cutback Bitumen RC-70 is a semi-solid, black material that can be used in maintenance due to its rapid curing properties.
Also this grade is commonly used in warm climates where rapid evaporation of the solvent is required. It is an asphalt that has a solvent or distillate added into it to make it liquid at ambient temperatures and at the same time improve its ability to coat aggregates.
This grade can be exported to various regions in East Asia countries, such as China, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia. Additionally, it can also be exported to certain African countries, including Congo, Djibouti, and Rwanda.
