Cutback Bitumen RC-70 is a semi-solid, That commonly used in warm climates where rapid evaporation of the solvent is required. It is an asphalt that has a solvent or distillate added into it to make it liquid at ambient temperatures and at the same time improve its ability to coat aggregates.
