Description of PMB PG Bitumen 70-10
Performance Grade (PG) 70-10 used in the construction of asphalt pavements, classified according to its performance characteristics in a range of temperatures.
The “70” indicates the binder is engineered to resist rutting and permanent deformation at an average seven-day maximum pavement temperature of 70°C (158°F). The “-10” signifies that it can resist thermal cracking down to a minimum pavement temperature of -10°C (14°F).
